Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Refunds:

We are a wholesale company that strives to bring you the best products at the lowest prices available. We do not accept returns and/or refund products unless we are contacted prior and a return was authorized. A return address will be provided at that time.  All shipping costs for returns and refunds will be the buyers responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee  - we will not refund the initial shipping cost of the products.

If you return an item to us without prior authorization, we will hold the merchandise for up to 10 days and reserve the right to dispose of goods at the end of the 10 days. No refund will be made for Unauthorized Returns. 

Damages:

Should you receive any damaged products, you must note it on the bill of lading and file a claim with the carrier.  We will attempt to collect the damaged costs for you once this is done.
